Lynden City Park get a new Trail

Thanks to an Eagle Scout's project, Lynden's City Park has a new winding trail that connects the Jim Kaemingk Sr. trail to the YMCA. He had to learn to operate a tractor, donated by Scholten's Equipment, to scrape the ground flat. Holland Days in Lynden

May 2nd and 3rd, Lynden will host the annual Holland Days where the city's main street is closed during the daytime for various vendors, dancing all kinds and age groups and tons of fun. Every year, the Northwest Washington Fair in Lynden, WA contracts big names to entertain at the Grand Stand. 2008 will be another great year of entertainment. Sinterklaas is coming to Town

Lynden's Raspberry Festival

The Lynden community sure knows how to put on a raspberry festival! Front Street closed several blocks while people from all over Whatcom County, British Columbia and as far away as Seattle came up for the annual event held July 13 & 14 this year.
